The Korean Yuzu drink is a jam of Yuzu and honey that you have to dilute in a cup of hot water.

It is very good with a strong taste of lemon (Japanese Yuzu) with a little note of acidity and a flavor of honey.

Yujacha, or yuzu tea, is very common in Korea where it is drunk hot. It is prepared by mixing a kind of yuzu jam with hot water.

The fruit is finely chopped with its peel and mixed with honey and sugar before being placed in glass jars that are hermetically sealed and left to marinate for several weeks or even months.

The fruit is prepared in this way, without cooking, to avoid bitterness. The equivalent of one teaspoon of this preparation is then mixed with a cup of hot water. If the word yuzu is often translated by lemon in English and in French, it is not the same citrus fruit.

The taste is close to lemon and tangerine and this infusion is also very effective for sore throat and cough and natural defense.

Advice for use: One tablespoon in a cup of hot water, stir well and serve. Keep in a cool place after opening.
