Guarana capsules: 3 capsules morning and noon for 4 to 6 weeks. To be taken with meals and a glass of water.
Green Tea Finesse:
1st solution: Let infuse 4 tea bags 5 to 10 minutes in 1 liter - 1.5 liter of simmering water, drink hot or cold throughout the day at your convenience.
2nd solution: Leave 1 tea bag to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes in a cup of simmering water. Can be drunk hot or cold and repeated 4 times a day.

Depuis que j'ai pris le thé vert, j'ai eu une perte de poids d'environ 1kg ou 2kg. Il a un goût très agréable car il contient des extrais de Stevia naturel. Le guarana bio est parfait, atténue la fatigue et donne l'énergie. Je le recommande.
