Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum) is a climbing plant of the cucurbit family. There are 21 species of gynostemma, the best being gynostemma pentaphyllum. It grows naturally at high altitudes (300 to 3200 m) by wrapping itself around trees.

Jiaogulan is a very popular plant traditionally used as ginseng in Asia.

Our Jiaogulan comes from Sapa (North Vietnam).

Saponins similar to those found in ginseng have been found in Jiaogulan. Therefore, it has similar properties to Ginseng.

Ingredients: Jiaogulan (100%) (gynostemma pentaphylum)
Advice for use: Leave 1 sachet to infuse in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes, and drink it one to three times a day.
