Le thé est parfaite pendant toute au long de la journée. Les capsules, je prends 3 le matin et 3 avec le déjeuner et je grignote pas l’apres-midi

Depuis que j'ai pris le thé vert, j'ai eu une perte de poids d'environ 1kg ou 2kg. Il a un goût très agréable car il contient des extrais de Stevia naturel. Le guarana bio est parfait, atténue la fatigue et donne l'énergie. Je le recommande.
