Ingredients: Guarana powder 100% pure (fruit core).

Guarana is a shrub of the Sapindaceae family native to the Brazilian Amazon. It is called warana in satéré-mawé. The plant is known by Europeans since the XVIIIᵉ century, discovery attributed to the German physician Christian-François Paullini.

It is readily mixed with passion fruit juice and water for a cocktail with energizing properties. Valuable in case of exams or overwork or for sportsmen in competition, guarana is to be taken punctually over a period of 40 days, one teaspoon per day preferably in the morning.

1 teaspoon diluted in a cold drink (fruit juice or other) during 1 to 3 months and punctually before the effort.
