Naam: Guarana Biologisch Poeder 100g

Wetenschappelijke naam: Paullinia cupana

Herkomst: Brazilië

Ingrediënten: 100% zuiver guaranapoeder (vruchtkern).

Guarana is een struik van de Sapindaceae familie die inheems is in het Braziliaanse Amazonegebied. Hij wordt warana genoemd in Satéré-Mawé. De plant is bij Europeanen bekend sinds de 18eᵉ eeuw, een ontdekking die wordt toegeschreven aan de Duitse arts Christian-François Paullini.

Het wordt graag gemengd met passievruchtensap en water voor een cocktail met energieke eigenschappen. Onmisbaar bij examens of overwerk of voor sporters in competitie, guarana moet stipt over een periode van 40 dagen worden ingenomen, bij voorkeur een theelepel per dag in de ochtend.

1 theelepel verdund in een koude drank (vruchtensap of andere) gedurende 1 tot 3 maanden en af en toe voor het sporten.
