Our organic goji berries are grown in the province of NingXia in the south of Inner Mongolia (an autonomous country of China). This region is a place of reference for the cultivation of goji.
The Organic Goji berries are harvested with the knowledge of the local population and dried directly with the energy of the sun.

Take 10 to 10 grams per day, preferably in the morning.
Goji berry can be eaten plain, as is (very pleasant), mixed with yogurt, rehydrated in a drink or added to various hot dishes.
The benefits of Goji are generally felt within 1 to 2 weeks. A daily consumption of Goji is recommended for about 2 months to obtain an optimal effect.
