1st solution : Let infuse 4 tea bags 5 to 10 mn in 1liter - 1,5 liter of simmering water, drink hot or cold throughout the day at your convenience.

2nd solution : Let infuse 1 tea bag 5 mn - 10 mn in a cup of simmering water. Can be drunk hot or cold and repeated 4 times a day.
