Délicieux. Un thé legé et parfumé comme il faut, un équilibre subtile. Très représentatif des thés de cette région en général. Petit bémol les temps d'infusions ne sont pas indiqués sur les paquets et pour les gens peu habitué qui le laisserai trop longtemps il va paraître amer. Ce thé est à infusé 2 minutes, 3 maximum si on recherche un peu d'amertume...

Le goût peut paraître un peu âpre surtout si vous le laisser trop dans l'eau et si vous n'êtes pas habitués au thé chinois. Par contre il me donne un super tonus qui dure pour la journée contrairement au café qui ne dure qu'une petite heure.
