1st solution:
Leave 4 tea bags to brew for 5 to 10 minutes in 1 liter - 1.5 liters of simmering water, drink hot or cold throughout the day at your convenience.
2nd solution:
Let 1 tea bag steep 5 min - 10 min in a cup of simmering water. Can be drunk hot or cold and repeated 4 times a day.
