1st solution: Leave 4 tea bags to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes in 1liter - 1.5 liters of simmering water, drink hot or cold throughout the day at your convenience.

2nd solution : Let infuse 1 tea bag 5 mn - 10 mn in a cup of simmering water. Can be drunk hot or cold and repeated 4 times a day.
